Eileen Bellomo (also known as "Snooky"), along with sister Tish Bellomo, sang back-up at early Blondie gigs at CBGB and Max's Kansas City and went on to form another band called the Drop-Outs. In 1977, their friend Russell Wolinsky invited them to join a band he was forming "for one gig" called the Sic F*cks. Sic F*cks went on to play regularly at Max's and CBGB over the next two years and the sisters still perform once a year under that name.
In 1977, Tish and Snooky opened the first punk rock boutique, on St. Mark's Place, in New York City, called Manic Panic. The Bellomo sisters also used this name when they founded their own alternative hair, makeup and fashion accessories company. Many notable rock musicians wear their designs, including Debbie Harry, Steven Tyler, and Cyndi Lauper.
